Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All Thorp Advisory engagements are bespoke professional services delivered personally by James Thorp. Each programme, consultation, or advisory partnership requires significant preparation, scheduling, and confidentiality arrangements.
For this reason, all fees are considered non-refundable once the engagement has commenced or materials have been issued.

2. Consultations (Clarity Consultation)

  • Payment is required in full to confirm your consultation date.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session at the company’s discretion.

  • Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Coaching & Advisory Engagements (Executive Partnership / Strategic Retainer)

  • Due to the nature of long-term advisory work, all retainers and partnership fees are non-refundable once the engagement has begun.

  • Clients may defer or reschedule sessions within the agreed contract period with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Should unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., illness, travel restrictions), Thorp Advisory will make reasonable efforts to accommodate revised scheduling.

  • In exceptional cases, early termination of an engagement may be discussed privately, and any discretionary adjustments will be at the sole discretion of Thorp Advisory.

4. Client Commitment

Each engagement is entered into with mutual commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and progress. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly regarding expectations, scheduling, or unforeseen issues to ensure the highest quality of service and outcome.

5. Company Commitment

Thorp Advisory is committed to delivering all services with integrity, transparency, and care.
If, for any reason, a session or engagement cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances on our part, we will promptly offer an alternative date or equivalent credit toward future services.
